Fun Marriage
Alison & Bill are two of the most fun people ever! They’re not afraid of being bold, colorful & themselves. Their invitation suite was all of that & more. We combined a mountain vibe with bright sunset colors & added in the cloudy blue skies of the Catskills that the couple loves so much. The shapes were inspired by the clouds & the mountains, but with a blobby spin. The couple enjoys skiing, so we had to add in a vintage stamp with a retro skier, along with some other New York & mountain-y stamps. The crest was hand drawn & inspired by the fact that both of them are Leos. They loved the idea of a regal seeming crest, but making it a little funky with the squared off floral shapes. This suite is so fun & I could stare at it all day!
