Let me set the scene: you’ve been transported to a beautiful, lush garden in Hudson Valley where there is texture at every turn.
From the ruins on the property, to the uniquely shaped pond, to the well manicured trees next to wild flowers - the inspiration is endless. Now add wedding to that scene & you’ve got yourself a magical Bonnie & Philip wedding. No detail was overlooked, each piece had a purpose & told a story, & many memorable elements were created to tell the complete story of this pair. From the custom painted welcome card that featured a hidden tree that opened up to the welcome party invitation, to the handmade paper wrap that hinted to the ruins in the garden. We created little illustrations of the elements of the garden that meant something special to the couple, then turned them into a toile pattern that you see on the menus. The painted trees from the welcome invitation became the bar signage next to custom mini Innisfree chairs that are exact replicas of the ones unique to the garden. I had a wonderful time creating for Bonnie & Philip, & I know that their guests had a wonderful time experiencing their story throughout the whole wedding day.
