Never did I think I would be sharing my coveted Meeting Form, but here I am doing it! I use this form for every initial client meeting that we have with couples & reference the form throughout the whole stationery creation process. It’s a great way to level up on your processes & how you capture client information. This form can be used with any stationer at any stage of their business.

There are two different form types in the download. Both have the same Front Page & Inside Pages, but the Back Page is different. One Back Page focuses on Day-of Stationery to carry you through to the entire wedding experience. The other form’s Back Page highlights each addition/element that can be added onto the suite so that you can gather even more information to be extremely detailed.

Each form has an open-ended area on the front page (where the ? are), which allows you to customize the forms to your liking. Here you could ask specific questions that helps you get to the highest creative level possible for the client, you could list out your semi-custom collection names & circle which one they choose, you could use it for extra note taking, etc.

Here are some example questions you could add to the form that help me when talking with new clients:
• What’s your favorite trip & why?
• Describe your personal style & wedding aesthetic.
• How do you want your guests to talk about your wedding when it’s over; what would you love to hear made them excited throughout the weekend?

The form is super simple to get printed. The Wedding Stationery Meeting Form fits perfectly on an 11x17 & needs one score in the middle. It will fold to 8.5x11. I recommend printing it on 80# or 100# cover to get a high quality feel & so that the form holds up better over time.
