Welcome to Iris + Marie Press (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website www.irisandmarie.com and our products or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.

1. General Information

Iris + Marie Press creates custom and semi-custom wedding stationery, invitations, and paper goods. All content on this website—including images, text, logos, and designs—is the intellectual property of Iris + Marie Press and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

2. Custom Orders & Proofing

For custom and semi-custom designs:

  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all digital proofs carefully before production.

  • Once a proof has been approved in writing, no changes can be made.

  • Iris + Marie Press is not responsible for spelling, grammar, or layout errors that appear on an approved proof.

  • Colors viewed on screen may vary from final printed colors due to differences in monitors and ink on paper.

If a reprint is required due to client error, additional fees will apply.

3. Payments & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin all custom work.

  • The remaining balance is due before printing or delivery.

  • For online shop orders, full payment is due at checkout.

  • We accept payments via [Stripe / Shopify Payments / PayPal — specify as needed].

  • All prices are listed in [USD] and may change without notice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once design work has begun.

  • Cancellations made before design work starts may receive a partial refund at our discretion.

  • Refunds or exchanges are not available for color or design preference changes after proof approval.

  • In the rare case of a printing or production error on our part, we will gladly reprint or refund the affected items.

5. Production Timelines

Custom and semi-custom orders follow the timelines outlined in your proposal
or order confirmation. Production begins only after proof approval and receipt
of final payment.

Please note that:

  • Timelines are estimates and may vary during busy seasons.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect client information, or force majeure events (natural disasters, postal strikes, etc.).

6. Shipping

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once shipped, the package becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments, but we’ll do our best to assist in resolving
issues if they arise.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, product photos, and written content on this website are the exclusive property of Iris + Marie Press. Purchasing or commissioning stationery does not grant ownership of design files or rights to reproduce them.

We reserve the right to use photographs of our work—including custom designs—for marketing, portfolio, or social media purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon
in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

We take great care in producing and packaging our products, but Iris + Marie Press is not liable for:

  • Errors approved by the client during proofing

  • Color discrepancies due to monitor or paper differences

  • Shipping delays or damages once items are in transit

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our website or products

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.
